Still we can say that sesame tofu and sesame sauce were the base of Zen monks that always they could live long lives, and they could think difficult contrivance and they did not get senile.Yuzuri-hara-village in Yamanashi-prefecture is called long-life-village and it is famous place as old people do not get senile and they live really long life. It is said that villagers are uniformly fine soft skin and old ladies still have great breast and they have beauty white skin.

Please look at the Figure 3. This is a graph that is analyzed about nutrition survey of pregnant women of Yuzuri-hara-village. It shows that they take a lot of carotene and vitamin E. These are the food that will be antioxidant substance. So, people in Yuzuri-hara-village, they have no stain, skins are white and creamy, milk leak more, and they does not get senile though they have got old, and the average of perimenopausal age is about 60years old. This might have concern with the delay of means that aging of artery.
Figure 3 is the comparison of requirement of general adult women and breast-feeding women, and intake of Yuzuri-hara-village. This data shows that they take vitamin A (this can be ascribed as Carotene), B1 and B2 a lot, and they also take Vitamin E 38mg. Vitamin E can be ascribed as alfa-Tokoferol, but they take this twice more than that in general. These numbers show that people in this village receive enough Anti Oxidant Biofactor.
This means that rice cooked with barley or corn which are often eaten in mountain village in Japan contain much vitamin E, which is antioxidant substance. It does not seems any special stuff, but this kind of food will be the macrobiotic food, we will not get senile, and it is as is proved that it is Anti Oxidant Biofactor There is a hint in this seemingly homely food, not to get senile and live long life in this aging society.
