Cholesterol will be made in liver, and it will be circulated inside the entire body.
When cholesterol comes out from liver, it comes out as LDL cholesterol.
This is often called as bad cholesterol, this is because the grain is so small and it’s easy to permeate in to the blood vessels.
When LDL cholesterol will be permeated too much, the blood vessels will get hard, so it will be called bad cholesterol.
On the other hand, HDL cholesterol is good one, and its called good cholesterol.
A track that loaded with big mount of LDL cholesterol, is moving in side our body, and KDL cholesterol will pick excessive cholesterols up like a sanitation vehicle, and goes back to liver.
So, it is remaining the appropriate amount of it, and the carry the rest it to liver, and preventing blood vessels from becoming fragile.
