A sure way to increase immune power and metabolism
1. Remove the hard bases from all of the mushrooms. Divide the maitakes and the enokis into small bunches.
2. Place equal amounts of each mushroom onto two pieces of 25-cm-square aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and sake (or water).
3. Bring two opposite sides of the foil to the top and double fold to seal them together. Make a double fold to seal the open ends. Repeat for the other foil.
4. Place the mushrooms in an oven preheated to 180 ??C and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Decorate with lemon slices.

4 shiitake mushrooms
1 pack maitake mushrooms
1 pack enoki mushrooms
4 tablespoons sake or water
Small amount salt
