Mango Pudding

Today, I made a mango pudding with using rich mango puree of Alfonso.
This mango pudding makes us feel very mango.
If you use fresh mango, the taste of mango pudding will depend on the fresh mango, but when you use this puree, you can definitely make it good taste.
And if you put some fleshed fruit that you have chopped, it will be much fresher when mango will come into seasons
300g mango puree for 10 small cups (you would better put the rest in small quantity, and keep them in a freezer)
100cc Milk, 100cc whipped cream, 100cc evaporated milk
3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoons lemon juice, 10g gelatin
1. Make gelatin soft by soaking it in 2 tablespoons of water.
2 put milk and sugar in a pan, stir it until it is hot but not boiling, and turn off the heat and then put the gelatin in it and let it melt.
3. Put evaporated milk in it, and mix it once, and then put mango puree, lemon juice, whipped cream in it, and mix it all good, and pour in into small cups in even shares.
4. Cool them in a refrigerator for about two hours.
5. Put the evaporated milk in it if desired.
If like very soft one, please put 200cc more milk in it, and if you do not have evaporated milk, please put 200cc whipped cream instead.
