So, we will try to check the lactic acid in the blood, the excessive oxidation of the blood and the thiamine concentration included in the blood and the livers.
experimental methodology
We use 15 of 10 weekly aged rats. We divide five rats into three each groups, controlled groups (groups that are kept in ordinary condition not like ion environment), negative ions environment groups and positive ions environment groups. We will let each three groups into ion environment, and check the influence for excessive oxidation of tissue from a living body.
3. Result of the experiment
3-1 blood lactate level
The average blood lactate level in the positive ions environment is significantly-high compared to the average of it of the negative ions environment.
3-2 peroxidative response of the blood and cerebral lipid
In the brain stem, the average peroxidative response in the positive ions environment is significantly-high compared to that of the negative ions one and controlled environment one.
In the blood, the average peroxidative response in the negative ions environment is significantly-low compared to the controlled one and the positive ions environment one.
3-3 thiamine concentration included in the liver and blood
The average thiamine concentration of the blood in the negative ions environment is significantly-low compared to the average positive ions environment.
4. Conclusion
In the negative ions environment, blood lactate level is low, and the consumption of thiamine in the liver will get less and it keeps not to it had been managed not to get oxidized.
In the positive ions environment, lactate level is high, and the consumption of thiamine in the liver will be high and it will get oxidized.
In the negative ions environment, the relativity is suggested that it affects good effect to living individual with resisting the consumption of thiamine less and resist generating lactic acid.
