In these days pets have become very luxury oriented. They are fed delicious pet food, sometimes are treated to chocolate cakes, sweets and candies, and even a bit of alcohol. They are treated as fully-fledged family members, and get to try almost everything the family has on its table.
This trend has led to obesity problems among pets. Different breeds of dogs, for example, have different optimal weighs. If a dog s weigh is 15% over the optimal one, it is considered obese.
Pets usually resemble their masters in character, and they can also feel their masters¡Ç stress. If the master suffers from some adult disease, the pet is susceptible to it, too.? Cats and dogs that dislike exercising can stop in the middle of the walk and refuse to continue until their owners carry them home. Recently there are very many unreasonable, capricious pets.
If the owner is easily irritated, the pet becomes anxious. If the owner smokes, the pet will have cancer. People and their pets have a common destiny, so let us be more careful about our own health to make sure our beloved pets do not end up in hospital.
